Welcome to Johnnyland, a photography studio and land hire service. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking and Payment
a) Our services can be booked via email or by using our online form. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
b) We accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
c) Bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
a) If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
b) Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking time will be refunded in full.
c) Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
d) If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Use of Studio and Land
a) Our photography studio and land may only be used for the purpose of photography and videography.
b) The studio and land must be left in the same condition as they were found. Any damage caused will be charged to the hirer.
c) We reserve the right to refuse access to the studio and land if we believe that the hirer is using it in a manner that is not in keeping with our standards or that may cause damage.
Safety and Security
a) The hirer is responsible for the safety and security of their equipment and belongings while on our premises.
b) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
c) We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss suffered by the hirer or their guests while on our premises.
Intellectual Property
a) The hirer retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the photographs taken on our premises.
b) We reserve the right to use the photographs taken on our premises for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed with the hirer in writing.
Governing Law
a) These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
b) Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
